Map crashes on launch

Hello there!

I'm working on a map reskin and when I try to launch the map the compile is going great but when I get into tf2 it crashes and this image below coes up

This error is likely caused by a leak, more specificly an areaportal-leak that is caused when there is a way from one side of the area portal to the other side without passing through other areaportals or solid brushes.
