You can just do them like any other map, the only absolute requirement you need to do is compile the map in HDR along with LDR, and compile the cubemaps for both (you have to do this in TF2 and then transfer the .bsp over to Source Filmmaker).
How the f*ck do I do that?

click where default is and there is a dropdown menu. Choose HDR full compile -final (slow!)
