    I don't know how? I tried to clean it up by adding brushwork and its only occurring here... any explanations? diserror.png

    Displacements don't seal the map. Use a nodraw world brush behind displacements to seal your map.

    They can't because VBSP has to chop up the map's interior space into convex chunks in order to do optimization. Displacement geometry is way too complex to deal with.
