    Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me with this:

    I have watched some Lighting Tutorials but I can't seem to get them to work or
    something like that.

    I just find it confusing. Really confusing.

    Anyway i hope someone can provide a tutorial or something.

    What about lighting?

    Enviromental? Dynamic? Static? basic? advanced? Red? Green? Purple?!

    I should of been specific - Its the Dynamic (Which I think this is the one used in the spawn and Intel rooms in 2fort etc.)

    I can't get them to have the effect i see in gameplay :(

    Are you looking for the rays of light coming in through the windows?

    Thats a model.


    If you are looking for the cone of light, thats point_spotlight entity with a light_spot in the same place.

    (thats static lighting, btw, dynamic means moving)

    Think he might mean the pulsing lights? If thats the case, there should be an option in the light enetiy that says what light type it is.

    There aren't any dynamic lights in 2fort or any other official map. Are you talking about the visible rays of light coming off the lamps? 'Cause that's a point_spotlight and not actually connected to the lighting itself.
