Lighting Problem

Hey everyone, having a problem with the lighting in my spawn room. It doesn't seem to be working properly on my roof and I am not sure why. I have 2 light entities in the spawn room both at 400 brightness. If I stand in one place, the ceiling is black, if I stand in another, it shows the proper color.

Anyone know why exactly?

Make sure the texture is not a Model texture.

Get the SDK Beta (steam settings) to have model materials not listed in Hammer.
