It sounds to me like both teams try to cap point A, and whoever has A under their control can proceed to cap point B.

Anyone can capture B at any time. B is hard to cap: you'll need one of the advantages, such as a height advantage, an additional flank, or extra health and ammo. One advantage unlocks every minute, going to the team that is holding A.
Sorry to necro post like this. Point A is far quicker to cap. The only catch for me vs bots seemed to be that I'd capture B with no opposition by the time they'd capture A. Sure there would be 1 person trying to stop me in the whole point cap. This is a very good idea, I just don't think it works well with the bots.
