    layout reference vmf (rough)

A 4-point payload layout reference. A map I was working on but won't have time to finish. Maybe one of you could find use of it. Feel free to use it as you wish, in part or whole. For reference/template/pull parts out/anything. WARNING it is a VERY rough alpha in dev texture

    -Dev texture
-Track roughly laid out from start to finish (payload path not laid out)
-Roughly 3 route choices among every point (not balanced)

    -No working payload entity setup
-Very rough geometry (No aligned brushes)
    -No spawn rooms

OK, I've looked it over, and... wow, that's a lot of zig-zagging. I know people warn about sightlines, but this is way overkill if that was your motivation. Especially for payload, since attackers can crouch behind the cart to avoid a lot of sniper fire.

It's also very long — this isn't immediately obvious, but I did some comparing, and it's nearly twice as long as Barnblitz and close to the length of Gold Rush. Mostly on account of all the zig-zagging, but it's also just bigger than any other single-stage map I've seen. And I'm not sure it could viably be adapted into a three-stage map. Trimming it down might be a better option.

But that's just me. Other mappers, see what you think.
