Launchsite - WIP 3cp map in the area surrounding a rocket launch site

3cp Attack/Defend Map, let me know of any issues balance wise or bug wise.

Current issues

• Red spawn 1 (might be) too close to A.
• Minor graphical issues with the big door that opens after B is captured.
  
• Sniper sightlines may be a bit off.
  
• It's a new map so some parts may be unbalanced
