I was bored earlier today and whipped up this Mann Co. Matter-Obliterating Laser. Attaches to the nucleus core or bridge(See screen 3)

Model will be released after I decide which map I'm going to use it in.

Not a bad effort for how quick you made it!
I reckon you should make the metal shinier and not so gritty.

The metal texture looks a little lazily done, but the model is excellent.

i really really like the model and i don't even think the metal is the lazily point of the model. i think the blue and red parts lack a bit of spectacular effects :D
such as the nuclues stuff in your pic. it's just flat color. i really think you should pimp that up a notch. transparency, fading effects, whatever. something so that adds at least some color difference. i think then you'll have a superbe winner in your team ^^

    Lol that looks awesome.

Could you post an ingame screen with a tf class next to it? Wanna see how big it is if possible. :)

Looks like it could use a bit of extra texturing work in order to match up better with the nucleus model, but once that's done I would say this could seriously become one more great centerpiece to a map.
