TheMysteryMan updated koth_treasureisland with a new update entry:

sniper is not as good now (probaly)

- made the map much more contained to help with fps and with sniper being a problem
- i lowered the skybox so that demos and soldiers arent as good
- added some more health and ammo around the map
- added a new way to the underway of the hill
