koth_skipping - an experement with water acceleration

My entry into the 72hr jam.

This is a koth map where players use boostpads and a plane of water to "skip" to the centre point.

To skip, you have to hold down the jump button.

small update to fix a few errors and missing things:
- Optimized the map a bit better (better visleafs, area portals for spawns)
- Added spectator cams
- Filesize is now halved? don't know what I did but it is.

Map is visually the same.
