Must be a error that causes vbsp to fail. Did you compile with an invalid solid?

Maybe I'll try to search my map for that tomorrow

If you can load your map in hammer, (not run it,) you can hit Alt-P to find problems in the map and fix them accordingly.

i did that but it only shows one thing "There is no player start in the map. To add one, select the Entity (axe) tool, drag the crosshairs to the position you want the player to start at, and press ENTER." and i dont understandwhat that means

That error is safely ignorable in TF2, because the player entity it mentions is only used in singleplayer source games.
