Koth_Karnagan - A Koth map

A koth map that may or may not be worked on.
It has a cramped control point center, but really everything else seems the same as any other koth map.

* Made Control point less cramped.
* Put nodraws on (most) places you can't see
* Made the the ramps near spawn the only way to get to point.
* Changed the one big rock into 2 rocks.
* Made it so there's a med health kit behind one of the rocks .
* Capture time is lowered from 12 to 10
* Longer Capture time increased from 3:00 to 5:20

Pretty much I made it so it's a little bit less of a sniper heaven and made point more open and the game longer.
