    koth_housebridge - Alpha of my first map


    koth_housebridge- Alpha koth map I am working on. This is my first attempt at mapping. I don't know what to write here, so I'll provide some screenshots:

    From screenshots, the map looks pretty nice. Gonna check it when I'|| have acces to my PC

    (Also, you looks familiar like, i saw you before.. hmm but how i know you? That's a mystery that can be unsolved for years... FOR CENTURIES! FOREVER!!!)

    From screenshots it looks really nice and in game as well but I thin that you overscaled it a bit (walls are really thick).
    Of course if you gonna play as a scout is not that far from the point but as not that mobile classes it is long way to get there but that is not a point.
    I tested map in pub like environment with my friends (by friends I mean bots),

    and there is potential for that map to easily become second lakeside. ;)

    But pls, :clippingtool: those walls.

    Looks good from the screenshots, especially for a first map :D
    Don't test with bots, they don't jump, they don't think duh! and most importantly they don't break your map (usually). Testing with humans is the best option, so test in the next gameday or ask for an impromtu test in the Steam chat (This goes for you two)
    Also, the walls look rather thick, like they're 64hu wide. 16hu is a good starting width and probably the best one ;)

    Changes in a2:
    -Shrunk down mid and given it more cover.

    -Improved right side (for red) and left side (for blu)

    -Scouts can jump above the deathpit much easier.
    -Added some small things like stairs, crates, textures
