Koth Sounds Problem

Hello, i am new to the whole tf2 mapping community, and following the tutorials made by ueak crash ive started moving my first steps!

Today my problem is that my koth control point isnt making any sounds, and even the announcer doesnt work, how can i fix this?

EDIT: ok now it works, but,still, the announcer doesnt start counting down when the Cp gets unlocked, like 5,4,3,2,1. hopw its easy to fix

Are you doing mp_waitingforplayers_cancel 1? That messes up sounds for some reason.

No, ive got the wait for players working, every sound works now, but there is no count down for the cp unlocking, one moment is locked, and the moment later is unlocked, whitout giving out any countdown
