Keeping a door prop in the "open" state?

I'm trying to find a way to keep props_well/main_entrance_door.mdl in its open state (as in I want it to stay open with no triggers whatsoever). This is for decorational purposes. How can I do this?

on your logic auto make on map spawn have the door open
