is there any way to merge 2 gamemodes (MVM and Arena)?
There's no support for it on the entity side, I don't think you can even if you were to try some hacky entity setup, mvm logic would override the arena logic or vice versa.
Send Valve/TF team an e-mail asking them to add multi gamemode support, it's unlikely but doesn't hurt to try.
hmm, or is there at least a way to do a MVM logic and if you die, you will not respawn?
and also, is there a way of restarting the round when everyone will be wiped?
You could set the respawnwavetime to be really long with an output to tf_gamerules, and have a huge trigger_multiple over the map filtered to red team which triggers blue team winning onendtouchall.

Isn't there also a setting to only allow players to respawn if a trigger allows that?
