Jetpacks n' Shotguns - You've got a jetpack and a shotgun. 'Nuff said.

Sometimes the map breaks and I dunno why, maybe I'll write a better description once I fix it

While this update comes with many bug fixes, one bug that I was unable to identify the cause of (or even reproduce, at all) was a bug that would cause all players across the map to lose their dash ability. I had one suspicion for what the issue might be, but I could never confirm that suspicion, and isolating the variables in test maps gave inconclusive results as to whether the bug even existed. Regardless, the fix for this potential problem was simple and thus has been implemented, and hopefully the bug will either not return, or if it does return, will make itself easier to diagnose. If the bug does arise again and players lose their dashing abilities, restarting the round (either with console commands or by a team winning) seems to restore the dash functionality.
-Fixed bugs allowing players in Anti-Jitter Mode to take fall damage
-Fixed players respawning normally after dying as Scout in the copypasta void
-Players' fall damage immunity is removed when not playing as Scout
-Potentially fixed an issue where players would stop getting assigned to game_ui slots
-Fixed the Blu side rope near the large healthpack clipping through the cave ceiling
-Improved the logic used by the Anti-Jitter Mode button to detect which state the player is in
-Fixed a bug where toggling Anti-Jitter Mode before selecting Scout would break that player's dash ability until they reconnected
-Fixed various bugs triggered by respawning instantly
-Reduced the amount of time before the copypasta text starts to appear for players in the copypasta void
-Fixed improper timing in the copypasta text
-Scouts in the copypasta void can no longer fire their weapons
-Fixed a bug allowing players to escape the map by riding on the train as it left the map
-The spectator points on Blu's side of the map are now properly marked as Blu spectator points instead of Red spectator points
-Fixed a bug where players in the middle of a dash during a round restart would retain zero gravity upon respawn
