    Hello, Green Onion here.

I know there's the usual 'GENERAL', 'CRUSH', 'BULLET' (e.ct) damage types in a
trigger_hurt brush. I also know that the 'NERVEGAS' damage type make it look like you where killed by a saw in Sawmill.

But how do I make it look like you where killed by a bypassing train, just like in Well? I could just check them all trough one by one, but that would be to tedius, in my opinion.

Also, is there other ways of damage you can apply to a trigger_hurt brush?
Like, make it look like you where killed with a headshot, or a backstab? Or with a certain weapon at all?

Can you make it so you explode when entering a trigger_hurt? Like, typing in 'EXPLODE' into the damage type window by yourself, or something similar?
(I've already tried that, though. Don't work.)

I've looked around on the internet for a good while now, and even the almighty Google couldn't find anything. That's why im posting my question here.

I guess it's alot to ask about, but i'd really like to know if this is possible.

You can also add numbers together to combine the damage types.

Well saw and train just change the death icon, so stacking those wouldn't do anything special :p

That's quite a necrobump... but since we're here, I'll point out that 65600 = 65536 (sawblade) + 64 (blast). The latter of which is what causes gibs instead of ragdoll upon death.

Yeah we could use this for Stoneyridge. But we might be able to gib players instead of shooting out a ragdoll for the finale and avoid some of the glitchiness of it.
