I tried block LOS in some windows on a map and the bots still looked at players and took aim at them. I tried a suggestion of making it a brush and they still saw through it.

There was some kind of update to tf2 a while back about bots sightings but not sure if it was related to this.

Source has two different navigation systems that games use. TF2, CSS, CSGO, L4D all use navigation meshes while HL2 and Portal use nodegraphs. I believe BlockLOS only works in games that use nodegraphs.

Thank you. Looks like I can delete them. I tried to full fill a request made by some players but not sure if this one can work. There are 2 buildings facing each other with some distance between them. At one time bots for the most part ignored the players in them. After a bit more digging it seems that close to year ago there was an update for the bots that included improving thier sightings into structures.

Basically they want it back the way it was before the bots could see inside more inside them.
