I need a Custom Map for my Trade server.

    I have no experience in the mapping community so forgive me if this is improperly done. I'm looking for someone with experience mapping to either design us a new map, or (more likely) add some useful edits to a provided map so that it could be used for some events. I'd love to hear from people who might be interested in taking on this task. I'm not sure how much mappers expect to be paid for this kind of work or if I can even afford the work I need, but I'd love to hear from some people and maybe hear a rough price estimate that is expected for the things that I need.     Alright, so understandably a little clarification seems to be in order. I'd like the map to look nice, but utility is of greater importance to me.
    What I want is a trade map. It can be an edited version of an already created map if necessary. It needs to be entertaining for people to hang out on and explore, fun for both friendly and pvp action. Ideally if it could be something that isn't quite as sniper biased as most trade maps I've seen that'd be good (have some cover options for example rather than just a large flat open area. Also I'd like a map with few exploitable areas in it. People tend to spend a lot of time on my server looking for map exploits (we've had people getting in places they can't be killed from and killing people from there, and someone found an exploit that allowed them to get permanent godmode enabled on them just using the map set up.)
    and most importantly: I need a map that can handle all of the server events that I plan on hosting.
    Best case scenario this would include an event room, with a control panel, toggle-able boxing ring, toggle-able resupply locker, toggle-able floor regen, an area where people could spectate the event room without being able to participate, and most importantly doors to this event room that could be locked and unlocked by staff. Toggle-able walls to change the size of the event room? Also a raffle room would be cool, but not necessary.

    Most of the above ideas come from other maps that I've used, so I could show you examples of them if needed.

    Also, I'd like a couple of special rooms. One room that is hard to get to for regular users, something to entertain them. I'd also like a VIP room of sorts, something view-able from an easy to access area of the map but not accessible. VIPs will not have noclip, so I have no idea how to make it accessible to VIPs only, but I'll work on that.

    I'll help u out if u need it what r u looking for the map to be like and how big? Also is there anything specific u want me to include like a dj room or some sort of easter egg?

    Most people won't work on a commision for somebody unless they know exactly what they're getting into, and getting decent pay. But here's a great example of exactly how not to ask.

    I've tried adding a little more detail, of course I understand that a lot of this could be difficult to do, so what I can get and what I can't get will likely be an important factor. Nothing is absolutely necessary, but some things have higher priority than others. Since I don't really know much about map making I don't know exactly how hard it would be to accomplish each of these things.

    Well, most mappers would like to earn at least minimum wage (that varies with mappers location and their standards), for example I'll use my prices, solutions and times to estimate:
    I'd be willing to do such submission at bargain £1.6 per hour.
    I'd make 2 main areas for that, connected to spawns, "fun" area with weapons made useless.

    Uuuuh, boy. Here we go. I suggest looking for SM plugin that lets you control where people spawn in named spawns (Will be useful for eg. VIP lobby).

    That one I need better explanation. How, where, when and why it breaks?

    That's like another hour.
    What is raffle room? Depending on wth it is, 1÷5 hours.
    Examples would be better then great, I've seen very few trade maps myself.
    Like I said earlier. If you found SM server plugins to control at which spawnpoint certain players spawn, special VIP only lobby is very possible in short time.

    Also for every 5 hours, add next 2 hours to connect all the ideas and set up logic behind the map.
    Please keep in mind that I've chronic depression, so I may not be able to work as fast as I'd like to (I'll compensate prices accordingly).

    That's not how it works, you offer your services, then talk it out with the OP, and then the OP can choose who they want to pay for the project.

    I'm looking back at this and thinking about how glad I am that I took up this project... I learned so much about mapping from this, and after all the hours I've worked it is almost complete
