Congrats on getting it working!
Assuming you get this thing completed it will be a welcome departure from the standard 5 point CP maps. While I like the back and forth of 5 point CP I think that gamestyle jumps around too much when points are captured and lost. I far more enjoy the gradually evolving gameplay that comes from focusing around the moving cart. Hopefully this will combine the best of both with some good back and forth cart action.

Either you cap the point for 10 minutes, or push the payload into the enemy's base.

All I can say is wow.
Not sure if you noticed already, but valve added a red bomb cart with last update, but more importantly -for you-, a red "home" cap and a neutral cap skin and a red and blu skin for the cart for the hud
And a lot of other custom game mode huds (valve is planning something for the next update)
type hud in the filter to see them
I know they made a red Cart model, but I didn't know what do do with it.
What I didn't know was the RED home and RED cart in the hud.
Does anybody know how I could get them to show up in game? As far as I know, there is nothing controlling the icons and cart hud color.
Does anybody know if there exists a red variation of cart_flashinglight?
What do you mean neutral checkpoint? The cap point bases?
