scale down mid roof from 1:1 ratio slope to 1:2
greatly improve clipping for smoother movement
adjust roof covers to slightly favor Blu side (bc of left-right sided projectile thingy, Red Soldiers and Demos have an easier time shooting the big building from mid shack)
reduce captime to 16s
scale up cap zone over the rooftop
