What is HALO?

I imagine that it's exactly what it says on the tin (You have to capture and hold all objectives to win), but I'd like an explanation to make sure.

All points are netural you must bring all 6 of your flags to each point 1 flag per point then the flag is removed until the point is taken again or you win.
