How to properly move spawns for capture

I cannot seem to find this topic on the dev wiki, or tf2maps.net; either because of specific question, or it hasn't been asked.

Basically, I need to make a spawn room that will change teams upon capture. Do I go about enabling and killing entities upon capture, or is there a simpler way of doing so.

1/ disable old spawn points
2/ enable new ones
3/ change team of respawnroom

Additionally, if you want two way doors for spawns then you need triggers for both teams for doors. Same disable/enable there too
