How to open Frontline prop library maps in hammer

As the title asks, I'm having trouble with opening them, I think it has something to do with the maps being a .bsp and inorder to open maps they need to be a .vmf, but I'm not sure if this is intentional or if I'm just an idiot and somehow installed the files wrong

If you have a look in the mapsrc folder in the frontline folder, the vmfs of the prop library are there
