[Solved] How to navigate to comments from gameplay

Hi guys,

During gameplay testing people make comments like:

"made an annotation at 3616 331 2773 while standing at 4647 679 2603"

How do you navigate to those spots in hammer or TF2 so I can see what they are talking about?
