How i'm able to make so received medals will show up on profile?

Recently i've got 72hr jam medal and i want to show it up on my profile how shown in screenshot below, how is this possible?

It's no longer being done, no site jam medals anymore.

there is a lot of backend requirements for medals, as of right now they are not being done and I dont have any more info on them in the future.
