Like, how does it happen?
99% sure it's a hardcoded feature of that particular trigger_hurt.
If it isn't specific to that exact trigger_hurt then it'll be one of the keyvalues used in trigger_hurt, go look what that exact trigger_hurt uses (by looking at the decompiled map) and use that keyvalue
If it is anything like the train and sawblades, it's just the damage type being set to the correct value.
