How do you turn off fog in console?

I'm trying to get a high overhead screenshot of my map, but when I get up high the env_fog_controller kicks in and blots out the map interiors.

I tried hitting "fog" in the console, but none of the commands it brought up seemed to let me turn off fog.

Anyone know what console command lets you turn off the fog made by an env_fog_controller?
