Are you having trouble with laying out your map? Are you confused on how to use Hammer? Have you never done anything and have no idea how to start?

Okay. If you really need some help in hammer, friend me on steam and we can go through it step by step together next time we are both online. My current steam name is BigBros <3 Gibus. I am happy to help you through for an hour or two until you get the hang of the program,

3kliksphilip and TopHATTwaffle both have videos on source mapping. Most of the stuff they discuss deals with Counter-Strike, but it's usually the exact same as Team Fortress 2 mapping.

For TF2 mapping in general, Boojum's Ultimate Mapping Resource Pack is pretty much invaluable. It has tons of features that are really useful, such as gamemode setups and other things.
Something convenient which I use is IcyEyes' TF2 SDK launcher.
There are also plenty of other resources here on the forums, and you can ask questions here too. So, glhf.

EDIT: Oh yeah! There's also THIS
