Yes, ill admit, its not the most original or unique theme. However I dont feel I have the skill and experience to pull off the town theme to a degree that I will be satisfied with. As I mentioned previously im still interested in seeing the other version completed, but for now I want to try something different and see where it takes me.

thin out the roofing a little. the wooden huts need it shaved off by a unit or two, the one im on should be shaved down to half thickness.

Idea for the new name : "Techint"

According to this site, 'techint' means "technical intelligence; analysis of fielded equipment for training, research, and the development of new weapons and equipment for eventual intelligence use."

Mostly just more detailing this time round, ive done a 3d skybox as well as some fancy colour correction as well, so be sure to let me know what you think!

Oh yeah, and in case you missed it, the map is now called Horizon. It was a tough decision deciding on a new name, but I think this best fits the theme and overall look and feel of the map.

Next up will be some optimization + fixing things along with the steam workshop release, as well as some promo video stuff.

I really like the map, haven't played it in a game in the new theme but it looks amazing.

Now, let the nitpicking commence!

I think the buildings on stilts around mid are a bit too low, it looks like you could rocket jump onto them.

And the blue stairs that go from mid to that higher up bit aren't blockbulleted.

The buildings at mid are something i've had a few people complain about, so I will probably change them when I put out a new version to address these changes along with a few other small things I want to do.

question: how do you do the "fullscreen" images?
I'm a little late, but if you mean the image gallery thing at the top, all you have to do is upload the images within the download (not the thread and not an update) and then just leave them there. No need to include them within the download description. After that it will automatically make the gallery.
The site wouldn't let me upload images for pl_1p618033 so I had to upload them via puush and then add them to the description, which means there is no image gallery.

If anyone is interested, I've finally gotten around to putting out a video that shows the transition from A1 to RC1 put to some nice music.
That song!!! Talk about a blast from the past.

And that's a neat video.
