Hold-it-or-lose-it capture points?

Is it possible to create a capture point which will--after a certain amount of time with nobody at it--gradually degrade back to neutral?

I could probably make a trigger and timer system that would instantly-re-neutralize it via SetOwner, but the effect I'd like is gradual. I'd like to make it easy to re-establish control if you get there quickly, but if nobody is in the area the capture point will gradually become unowned.

If it's not possible, I'll probably need some non-HUD display in the game-world that shows the state of the otherwise-invisible timer tracking how long the point has been abandoned.
