Hidden Weapon?

When you view the stats for tf2(link: http://steampowered.com/status/tf2/tf2_stats.php), the second graph has an unlabeled weapon at the bottom. Does anybody know what this weapon is?

Personally I hope it's new content that the developers are testing out, and just overlooked it these stats. Though, it could be Beta weapons that they hid, or it could just be some random, pointless glitch.

can I get your opinion(s)?

Those stats are really messed up. There is no way the SMG has the highest damage per hit of any weapon.

Notice how there are no stats for any weapons beyond the vanilla ones + medic + pyro updates.

Well and A Heavy Update, but those stats haven't actually been reliable since they first came out.

I wonder if Jarate is counted as an SMG, might explain some of those numbers...

I just think the indexes for the weapons got messed up, rocket launcher is near the bottom!

I keep thinking this thread is going to be about this.

That's the Jag. A weapon that was supposed to come out for the Engi Update. Instead we got the Southern Hospitality. But it was included in the game with the Mann Co Update. Just never implemented. Robin seemingly said in an email that they'll figure out stats for it now that it's in.

It'll have infinite bleed. Because, as we all know, bleed is the superior stat.

All new unlocks must involve bleed.

Me too, but fire has a lot of counters now. Bleed is just another kind of attrition damage for other classes that can't be cured the same ways as fire. Except with health packs and medics, I guess.

It's interesting the way they added it into the game: not only does the pyro no longer have the only attrition damage, but bleeding is effectively unstoppable outside of grabbing health. No amount of water, jarate, or poofing can help you. I like it a lot.
