Well, I'm DjD and not very long into mapping. I first created some "just4fun-notabletoplay-alignmentofpropsandwalls" - maps to get used to hammer. After that I created a couple fivecp maps that worked out quite well after playtesting.
My current project is a KotH map taking place at a trainyard by night, check it out here KotH_Uplift
and I'm always happy about feedback (positive or negative) so I can improve my mapping.
