I am new here, and extremely new at making maps, for any game, so if i do something wrong, just tell me nicely, and i'll try to fix it. I'm working on a simple ctf map right now, and more than likely it will be an orange map, because i'm still pretty new to detailing.

People will give you feedback and it may seem mean, but don't fret. Just take what they say and applying to your map. So don't fret.

Welcome. As Fr0Z3n said, you'll probably get some pretty harsh looking criticism around here. But to tell you the truth, that's the best you can get. People around here generally aren't trying to tell you you suck or that you can't map, but are trying to pass on their knowledge from their time mapping, to you. So if criticism looks harsh, it's actually a great thing, and don't worry about it.
