Help with my game (config)

Whenever I try to simply play tf2 some of my config settings are all screwed up and my ping slowly starts to build up to around 200. these problems have persisted ever since I started map making around 3-4 days ago.

Any help on the issue? please and thank you

Let's start by testing if it really is your config settings. Go into your cfg folder, and take out these files:
-config.cfg (leave config_default.cfg)
-autoexec.cfg
-Class-specific cfgs (if you have any)
Move these files to a different folder so TF2 can't find them, but also so that you still have access to them. If you have any launch parameters set, remove those as well. Then launch TF2 and see if your problem persists. If it goes away, the problem is with your config. If it persists, the problem is elsewhere.
