help with func detail?

    I was working on my map and func detailed all the things that should be. I loaded the map and the brushes I used for roofs on some buildings looked totally screwed up. I went back to hammer and sure enough they changed, and looked horrible. now i cant change them because back since I grouped all the details at once.
    can I un-func detail things?

    also there's a physics based beach ball prop that spawns in the map, even though the only entity I have is a player spawn. any one know about this?

    Select the group of details and do a Move to World. That should ungroup them all

    There are to World and to Entity buttons in the top right of Hammer; I think you can also do it from the Edit menu. There are shortcuts, but I forget them. Ctrl Shift W maybe.

    As for the beach ball, it's because it's the birthday of TF today; it'll go away soon.
