Hello, I've only just started mapping a couple of days ago.

I've just set up a skeleton for my first map, a KOTH map, all the logic is set up and working, as i followed from UEAKCrash's tutorial. My problem is that bots won't leave the spawn. I've generated a navmesh, looked at it for any errors that it might have and couldn't find any. Could someone help me with this problem.

I've uploaded all of my hammer files for the map in case somebody needs to have a look at it.

    Thanks in advance :)

I'll take a look at this when I get home from work, I promise. In the meantime though, as long as you haven't recompiled your map after creating a nav mesh I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work.

so all I did was do a typical nav_generate and it worked fine.

Really? I tried that constantly last night and it didn't work, strange. Thanks a lot though, I'll give it another go later.

I tried doing the same thing again. This is what I've been doing.

    - New server from the TF2 main menu
    - sv_cheats 1
    - nav_generate
    - 'bot' in console a few times
    - Once 'waiting for players' is over, they still don't move.

Have I missed something? The navmesh shows up fine with nav_edit.

Try typing 'tf_bot_add' (or 'tf_bot_quota', followed by the number of bots you want) instead of 'bot' in the console.
The bots you're using are puppet bots, and won't attack, move etc. unless you use console commands.
