It is simple after the player reach a trigger_once He will say something like: "What is that Sandvich, Kill them All? Good Idea" but the Player is saying that so the sound will not stay there but it will follow the player so... you guys get it?
Ambient generics have a sound source keyvalue. put !player in there. Name your threads more sensibly in future
