Height of Giant Robots in HU?

Does anyone happen to have the size of giant robots from MVM in Hammer Units? Thanks.

Note: Giant robots found in the Mann versus Machine gamemode are scaled up by a factor of 1.75.

In other words, about 150 HU high and 90 HU wide MINIMUM (your doorways should probably be larger than this anyway).
