heavys shooting through walls please can someone help me

I am still new to mapping and I am working on a map that is almost complete there is just one problem: there is this thin railing close to one of the control points and when I play with bots the heavys always shoot through the wall and only have there head sticking out and it is pretty cheaty. can someone please tell me how to fix this problem it is the one last thing bugging me. ( I have a picture of what I am talking about)

Raise the brush so heavy's head can't look over it. His bullets come out from the head so that's the only fix really
