Has anyone tried to access Half Life: Alyx Hammer?

I know for a fact that the game comes with a level editor. If anyone has managed to access it, could you post the file directory? I've tried searching for it in the Bin file in the game's directory, to no avail. Any answers would be much appreciated!

People talked about it in the Discord a bit; the game doesn't come with any tools like Hammer, but rather the tools are going to be released separately (like how Portal 2 has the whole "Portal 2 Authoring Tools Beta"). Not much is really known about when it'll be released or anything yet
