hammer issues

hammer has recently started not loading corrrectly(i have confirmed tf2 cache and have boonjum snarks pack)

hammer itself starts normally, but when i try to make a new map it sis it filed to load default scheme file and than says that "editor/wireframe" is misssing. when it finally loads (after many warnings about wireframe missing) i cant add anithing

Are you launching Hammer from Source SDK? That is broken, don't use it.
Instead, locate your TF2's /bin folder, launch hammer.bat from there once and use hammer.exe.

i launch it from bin folder(and there are no hammer.bat or hammer.exe files, only hammer(same icons-saw crash´s video))
