Hammer has stopped compiling my TF2 Vmf's.

Howdy there! I am still new to mapping after about 2 months of learning basic's and after I recently reset my computer to factory settings and then reinstalled TF2, after that I got hammer a short cut of Hammer ready, made a map and behold! It wouldn't compile my map, I was hoping one of y'all could help me out here's the log.

Can't find steam app user info.

Lo and behold, the compile tools can't find your Steam user data. Is Steam running?
