Hammer Glitch

[Pathfind]

There's a problem with hammer I'm having. I recently installed it on a new computer and all props and materials aren't visible, there's only an outline of where they are. How do I fix it if there is a way?

Only a guess but people recommend launching hammer.bat at least once before using hammer.exe, I guess it just sets up some first time configuration. It's in the same folder, just execute it and see if things are fixed.
EDIT: lol really? The view was set to wireframe?
