Hammer Cursor Problem

Hello, i have a problem with hammer editor, when i start hammer i'm creating some brushes, then using cursor to hover over little white boxes to modify them. But when i move my cursor in other viewport cursor not working properly anymore. it has to become arrow to show me when i can drag brush, but it not. I recorded a little video to show this, video is old and i recorded it on windows 7 x64, now i have windows 10 x64 and i have same problem.

My specs:
Windows 10 x64
Geforce GTX960
Core i3 4130
8Gb ram

Before steampipe update everything was worked as it should...

And CSGO SDK works just fine right now.

Yep, I noticed that issue too. This is Hammer - if a thing isn't one of most crucial, it will be working like complete ass. All this can be broken and fixed quite randomly because at Valve nobody gives a shit about Hammer convenientness, it just must work which it does.
