All of a sudden, Windows would say Hammer would stop responding every time I open the texture viewer. I have done a complete reinstall of TF2, but the problem persists. Any ideas?

It's fine, I face this every time I type a very common tag first, like 'tf'. Just wait a bit, let your PC load all the stuff!

Nope. The not responding window opens literally as the texture browser does, without any additional input by me.

Then your PC probably tries to load ALL the textures on texture browser launch. There are lots of, basically you get more than when you're typing a tag. Is the computer really weak? I don't know why it does so, maybe other forum members will help.

    CPU: Intel I5-4440
    GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: Hyper X Fury 16 GB
    PSU: Corsair CX600M
HDD: 1 TB Seagate Barracuda, 240 GB Kinguin SSD
    OS: Windows 10 Home
    Motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Obviously apt, and it worked fine before.

I did, and as I said I did a complete fresh install of TF2.

I found a source of the issue, which was me switching it over to a different drive. It doesn't make any sense though, considering the fresh install. Once I deleted the game info on the other drive, it refused to open.

I don't have any space on my SSD though.
