Hammer Crashes Every Time I Use the Texture Browser

So I opened up the texture browser today and typed "tf" in the keywords box (thanks Boojum ). Immediately, Hammer locked up. I thought it might just be loading, so I didn't do anything to it. But after a minute, it showed no signs of improving, so I quit out. Then, after I re-opened Hammer, I typed in "tf" it locked up again. I can't understand why it might be. Any ideas?

EDIT: Oh, and a restart didn't help.

Sounds like a memory issue.

Try using a filter before using the keyword criteria.

Hammer now seems to use up a lot of RAM now. I had the problem where I had 2 levels loaded and nothing came up in the texture browser at all. Turns out it was using up 1.5GB of RAM so that could be your problem.
