Hammer Camera Glitch?

So, one day, my hammer was working completely fine, then the next day my hammer decides to not work, and now the camera in the 3d view is tilted, making it next to impossible to work. This is not my photo, but of someone else who has the same problem

If anyone knows how to fix it, leave a reply please.
